This project involved the conversion of a single-story dental clinic into a modern apartment block. While the My Smile dental clinic remains operational on the ground floor, the upper levels now feature three spacious flats and an exclusive penthouse designed for the clinic’s founder.

EOR served as the main contractor for all finishing works, overseeing the installation of over 1,000 sqm of premium marble, from elegant French Vanilla for interiors to burnt & patinated Kokky for exteriors. Additionally, black PVC apertures and matte black powder-coated aluminum railings with smoked-glass components were supplied and installed by EOR, ensuring a sleek and contemporary aesthetic.
