This project involved the complete design and renovation of an exclusive penthouse, occupying the entire top floor of two luxury residential blocks in a prestigious neighborhood.

The interiors were reimagined with a sleek, modern aesthetic, featuring a sophisticated palette of black and grey tones, combined with wood, leather, and Laminam—a cutting-edge surface cladding material.

A custom-built kitchen was seamlessly integrated into the living area, while a walk-in wardrobe was designed for the master bedroom. Trimless doors were incorporated into feature walls, blending with wallpaper-covered surfaces, and additional apertures were introduced in the kitchen and master bedroom en-suite for enhanced natural light and functionality.

EOR was responsible for all finishing works, including tiling, carpentry, painting, and wallpaper applications, as well as the installation of custom-made fixed and loose furniture and designer sanitaryware elements.
