Valetta GHRC Blocks is a social housing project located in the capital city of Malta, Valetta, consisting of 6 blocks affiliated with GHRC. Each block comprises 7–8 buildings with individual entrances. The buildings, which hold historical significance, have undergone a complete renovation.

At EOR Construction, we started the project in May 2023 and successfully completed it by October 2023. Our work included the removal of old flooring, renewal of waterproofing systems and screeds, as well as various marble, terrazzo, and travertine finishes.

Scope of Work

• Renovation of terrazzo tiles at building entrances and staircases
• Travertine cladding for exterior façades
• Installation of window sills
• Application of ceramic, marble, travertine, and terrazzo materials
