Marsa Business Centre, owned by Bilom Group, is a renovated six-story commercial building that transformed an old two-story structure into a modern business hub. The project covers 5,592 m² of usable space with a 1,240 m² façade.
As EOR Construction, we managed the exterior façade design, aluminum cladding, curtain wall installation, staircase railings, and drywall applications. Our work enhanced the building’s durability, corporate identity, and aesthetic appeal. The project was successfully completed in February 2025.
