This project involved the transformation of an old semi-detached house into a five-story luxury boutique hotel, just steps away from the turquoise waters of Marsaskala Bay in southeastern Malta.
After completing the upper floor rough construction, EOR took the lead in developing and detailing all interior finishes. The hotel features 16 elegantly designed rooms, including two top-floor suites and a special room tailored for accessibility. Each room follows a distinct Mediterranean-inspired color scheme, reflected in the FF&E selections, enhancing the ambiance of both guestrooms and the hotel lobby.
